As a Naturopath, my training was a four-year medical program specializing in natural medicine modalities for whole-person care.
Naturopathic modalities include but are not limited to botanical medicine, nutrition, nutraceutical supplementation, lifestyle counseling, and body-mind coaching. Homeopathy is its own system of natural medicine that some Naturopaths practice and is an excellent complement to Naturopathy.

Homeopathy is a system of energetic medicine that involves treating the individual with highly diluted and specially prepared substances that catalyzes the body’s natural ability to heal. I have developed a system of Homeopathy using it as an evolutionary tool. We come into the world with certain physical, mental, and genetic predispositions. Homeopathic remedies focus on removing the blocks we’ve acquired or have accumulated along the way.
My approach helps you gain a greater state of wellness on all levels. I can also teach you how to address acute illnesses and first aid with homeopathy to keep your family healthy.
